Who receives information

Information may be handled by authorised Flueros personnel and by suppliers that support our website, communications, security and professional services. The current website uses Hostinger for hosting, WordPress and Fluent Forms for website and form operation, and Microsoft 365 for email and business communications. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect legal rights.

We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

Some suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we will rely on an applicable UK adequacy regulation or appropriate contractual safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, as required. Contact us if you would like more information about safeguards relevant to your information.

How long we keep information

Website enquiries that do not become a client relationship will normally be kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. If an enquiry leads to work, relevant client, contractual, financial and service records may be retained for longer—normally up to six years after the relationship ends—where needed for legal, tax, accountability or dispute-resolution purposes. Security logs are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for protection and troubleshooting. These periods should be confirmed against Flueros’ final retention schedule.

We do not currently intend to use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. If optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies are introduced, we will update this notice and request consent where required before using them.
