Information security
We use appropriate safeguards to protect systems and information we manage, including controlled access, strong authentication where available, secure working practices and regular review of relevant risks.
These are the standards Flueros applies to security, data, continuity and service. We keep them practical, proportionate and under review as we grow.
Security is part of everyday work, not an afterthought.
We use appropriate safeguards to protect systems and information we manage, including controlled access, strong authentication where available, secure working practices and regular review of relevant risks.
We handle personal information lawfully, fairly and only for legitimate business purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how website and business information is collected and used.
We record, assess and respond to suspected security or personal-data incidents promptly. Where an incident affects a client, we will share relevant information without undue delay and support an appropriate response.
Good service includes sensible preparation, clear responsibilities and a way back when something goes wrong.
Where backup or continuity services are included in an agreement, we will manage them in line with the agreed scope and review recovery arrangements periodically. Clients remain responsible for agreeing priorities, retention needs and any exclusions.
Access to client systems and managed accounts is for authorised business purposes only. We expect users to protect credentials, report suspicious activity and use technology responsibly. Specific client requirements take priority where agreed.
We select suppliers with care and use them only where they are needed to provide or support a service. We consider security, reliability and data-handling responsibilities, and keep relevant client information confidential.
Please raise concerns as early as possible by emailing contactus@flueros.co.uk with “Complaint” in the subject line. Tell us what happened, when it happened and the outcome you are looking for.
We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate it fairly and keep you updated. We aim to provide a written response within 20 working days. If we need longer, we will explain why and tell you when to expect a fuller response.
If a complaint relates to personal information, you may also have the right to raise the matter with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Detailed service commitments, responsibilities, support arrangements and data-processing terms are agreed with clients as part of their service agreement. That keeps the important details specific to the work being done.
These public standards are reviewed when our services, suppliers or legal obligations change.
